Establishes the Workplace Charging Stations Grant Program requiring the State Air Resources Board to award grants to commercial property owners and lessees for installing electric vehicle charging stations in employee and visitor parking facilities until January 1, 2021

Provides $2,500 grants for the first Level 2 charging port and $500 for each additional port, with a maximum grant of $6,000 per facility

Requires grant priority consideration for installations that offer free charging for at least three years, operate 24/7, are located in disadvantaged communities, or are near major traffic corridors

Mandates annual reporting by grant recipients on charging station usage statistics and requires the State Air Resources Board to submit annual program reports to the Legislature

Repeals the program on January 1, 2022, unless extended by subsequent legislation
