Removes the requirement that bicyclists riding slower than traffic be as close to the right-hand curb or edge as "safe or practicable," changing it to only "practicable."

Adds exceptions allowing bicyclists to ride away from the right-hand curb when riding in class I, class II, or class IV bikeways.

Adds exception allowing bicyclists to ride away from the right-hand curb when riding in a class III bikeway within a shared lane marking.

Permits bicyclists to ride beside another bicycle in any of the specified exception situations.

Clarifies that bicyclists on one-way highways with two or more marked traffic lanes may ride as close to the left-hand curb or edge as "practicable" (removing the "safe or" standard).
