Requires manufacturers of beverages in plastic containers subject to California Redemption Value to annually report to the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery on virgin plastic and postconsumer recycled plastic usage, beginning March 1, 2018.

Manufacturers must submit reports under penalty of perjury for the previous calendar year's plastic beverage container production sold in the state.

Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery shall post reported information on its Internet website for public access.

Exempts refillable plastic beverage containers from reporting requirements.

No state reimbursement required to local agencies or school districts as costs result from changes to crime and perjury provisions.
