Adds cyber sexual bullying as a specific form of electronic bullying for which pupils may be suspended or expelled from school.

Defines cyber sexual bullying as dissemination or solicitation of nude, semi-nude, or sexually explicit photographs or visual recordings of minors by electronic means that causes specified harms to the victim.

Requires the State Department of Education to display current information and resources on cyber sexual bullying on the California Healthy Kids Resource Center website and to annually inform school districts of these resources.

Encourages school districts to inform pupils about dangers and consequences of cyber sexual bullying through available resources on department websites.

Incorporates conforming amendments to Education Code Section 48900 regarding electronic acts, including adding "video" to the definition of electronic communications used in bullying.
