Amends Section 1271.5 of the Unemployment Insurance Code to make technical, nonsubstantive changes to notification requirements for unemployment compensation benefits.

Changes language from "all individuals who claim" to "any individual who claims" unemployment compensation benefits regarding department notification obligations.

Requires the Employment Development Department to inform individuals of benefits potentially available under specified sections through verbal, written, or online communication.

Maintains existing requirement that publications and handbooks issued by the department can satisfy notification requirements and must be available on the department's website near unemployment compensation claim forms.

Preserves existing provision that benefits paid under Section 1271 are charged to individual employer reserve accounts consistent with state code.
