Prohibits public agencies from disclosing visual or audio recordings of a peace officer's death in the line of duty unless authorized by the officer's immediate family.

Requires public agencies to disclose such recordings when the peace officer's immediate family authorizes the disclosure.

Adds Section 6254.36 to the Government Code to create this conditional exemption from California's Public Records Act.
