Requires state and local agencies with Internet websites to publicly post statements of economic interests filed by officials identified in Section 87200 of the Government Code.

Prohibits elected or appointed officers of state and local agencies from maintaining employment with or serving as compensated consultants to that agency while in office and for one year after leaving office.

Prohibits officials from receiving compensation to aid, advise, consult with, or assist entities with pending permits, regulatory actions, or enforcement actions before the agency while in office and for one year after leaving office.

Amends existing notification requirements for city and county clerks to direct the public to statements of economic interests available on agency websites and the Commission's website.

Provides that violations are punishable as misdemeanors and declares the bill furthers the purposes of the Political Reform Act of 1974.
