Adds Section 3541.32 to the Government Code requiring the Public Employment Relations Board to complete and publish results of decertification elections within 90 days after determining sufficiency of the decertification petition.

Applies to decertification petitions that include proof that at least 30% of employees in an established unit no longer wish to be represented by the incumbent exclusive representative or wish different representation.

Removes previous language regarding state recognition of employee organizations and procedures for revoking exclusive representative status.
