Maintains application fees of $100 for livestock meat inspector and processing inspector licenses, with $100 renewal fees and $25 penalties for late renewal

Sets tiered annual renewal fees for custom livestock slaughterhouses based on head slaughtered: $500 (1,000 or fewer), $750 (1,000-5,000), or $1,200 (over 5,000)

Sets tiered annual renewal fees for poultry plants based on poultry slaughtered: $500 (10,000 or fewer), $750 (10,000-100,000), or $1,200 (over 100,000)

Allows license revocation if renewal fees plus penalties are not paid within 90 days of expiration
