Designated routes include the 3.66-mile Terminal Island Freeway (State Routes 47 and 103) and 2.4-mile portion of State Highway Route 1 between specified locations in Long Beach and Los Angeles.

Requires permit holders to carry proof of financial responsibility, display vehicle identification, and maintain a copy of the permit while operating on designated corridors.
