Amends Section 6201 of the Public Resources Code regarding the State Lands Commission's authority to classify state lands.

Changes "from time to time" to "on a regular basis" to establish more consistent classification procedures for state lands.

Specifies that the Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Conservation, Secretary of Food and Agriculture, and other state agencies may be required to conduct land classifications.

Updates language requiring state officers, organizations, agencies, or institutions to submit reports on land classifications to the State Lands Commission.

Makes only nonsubstantive technical and grammatical changes to existing law with no fiscal impact.
