Specifies that dealers may only deny coverage if the aftermarket or recycled part was defective or incorrectly installed and caused damage to another warranted part, and dealers must prove the part caused the need for repairs.

Requires the written statement to reference the Federal Trade Commission's "Auto Service Contracts and Warranties" bulletin on the FTC website for additional warranty information.

Defines "aftermarket part" as a part made by a company other than the vehicle or original equipment manufacturer, and "recycled part" as a used part originally installed by the manufacturer.
