Amends Education Code Section 69612.5 to expand the definition of "eligible school" under the Assumption Program of Loans for Education administered by the Student Aid Commission

Adds a fifth criterion for eligible schools: schools that meet criteria as determined by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing

Maintains existing four criteria for eligible schools including those serving low-income populations, schools with 20% or more teachers holding emergency permits, schools in lowest two deciles of Academic Performance Index, and rural schools

Allows teachers who work at newly qualifying schools to enter into loan assumption agreements that can be redeemed upon employment at an eligible school
