• Extends requirements for laboratory cholinesterase testing reporting until January 1, 2021 (previously set to expire January 1, 2017)
• Requires employers to contract with medical supervisors registered with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) for medical supervision of pesticide-handling employees
• Mandates laboratories submit monthly electronic reports to the Department of Pesticide Regulation containing test results, worker information, medical supervisor details, and sample collection dates
• Requires OEHHA to establish registration and deregistration procedures for medical supervisors and may establish performance requirements
• Directs OEHHA and Department of Pesticide Regulation to publicly post an effectiveness update on the medical supervision program by January 1, 2021
