Prohibits apportionment of permanent disability for physical injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2016, based on pregnancy or menopause if contemporaneous with the claimed injury.

Prohibits apportionment of permanent disability for psychiatric injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2016, based on sexual harassment, pregnancy, or menopause if contemporaneous with the claimed injury.

Requires impairment ratings for breast cancer and its aftereffects to be no less than comparable ratings for prostate cancer and its aftereffects for injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2016.

Maintains existing requirement that physicians addressing permanent disability must address causation and include an apportionment determination in their reports.

Excludes certain specified workers' compensation categories (Sections 3212-3213.2) from the apportionment requirements in the bill.
