Requires CalWORKs applicants and recipients to ensure all children in the assistance unit not required to be in school receive all age-appropriate immunizations, effective July 1, 2016.

Allows counties to first verify immunizations by reviewing the California Immunization Registry before requesting documentation from applicants or recipients.

Permits exemptions from immunization requirements if medically determined to be inappropriate or if the applicant or recipient files an affidavit claiming the immunizations conflict with their beliefs.

Imposes sanctions by excluding parents or caretaker relatives' needs from grant calculations if required immunization documentation is not provided within 30-45 days, with a possible 30-day extension for good cause.

Provides no state General Fund appropriation to defray county costs for implementing this act.
