Requires the Department of Industrial Relations and Division of Workers' Compensation to make specified forms, notices, and materials available in Chinese, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese by January 1, 2018

Mandates translation of at least seven specific documents including the workers' compensation claim form, Return-to-Work Supplement Program application, Job Displacement Voucher, and six fact sheets covering topics like temporary disability, permanent disability, qualified medical evaluators, and utilization review

Maintains existing requirement that all forms and notices be provided in English and Spanish

Directs the Administrative Director to annually review division documents and recommend additional materials for translation into languages other than English, beginning January 1, 2018

Requires the department and division to submit translation recommendations and translated documents to the Legislature annually beginning January 1, 2018
