Requires the State Department of Social Services to inform prospective and current child day care providers about the United States Department of Agriculture Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) by posting eligibility, enrollment, and reimbursement information on the department's Internet Web site.

Mandates the department disseminate CACFP information through additional means including orientation materials, regular inspections, and written communications to licensees.

Applies to child day care facilities as defined in Section 1596.750 of the Health and Safety Code with the goal of improving nutrition and increasing providers' capacity to serve healthy foods.
