Requires county human services agencies to compile and maintain lists of emergency and supplemental food assistance providers, including WIC programs and summer lunch providers, and make these lists available to CalFresh applicants.

Mandates county agencies inform CalFresh households that children under five are income-eligible for WIC and all children are directly certified for National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs without further application.

Requires the State Department of Social Services to inform all CalFresh households annually before the end of the school year about summer meal programs using information from the State Department of Education.

Directs the Department of Social Services to implement requirements through all-county letters beginning March 1, 2016, with formal regulations to be adopted by October 1, 2017.

Provides that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs on local agencies, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to existing statutory procedures.
