Requires the Department of Food and Agriculture to establish a grant program funding voluntary projects that increase carbon sequestration and greenhouse gas emissions reductions on working lands, upon appropriation of funds.

Eligible projects must be located on working lands and assist the state in meeting its greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals under the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 and Executive Order S-3-05.

Prioritizes funding for projects that demonstrate carbon farming, sequester carbon in agricultural soils, and achieve cobenefits including reduced irrigation demand, increased yield and productivity, enhanced habitat, improved water quality, and enhanced soil structure.

Requires the Department of Food and Agriculture to consult with the Departments of Conservation, Resources Recycling and Recovery, State Air Resources Board, and Department of Water Resources to develop project solicitation and evaluation guidelines.

Mandates the department quantify and publicly post information about benefits achieved by each funded project on its website.
