Amends Health and Safety Code Section 13169 to extend the notification period for portable fire extinguisher license holders from 15 days to 30 days when reporting address changes to the State Fire Marshal.

Applies to persons engaged in the business of servicing, charging, or testing portable fire extinguishers who hold a State Fire Marshal license.

Changes required written notification to the State Fire Marshal's Sacramento office from 15 days to 30 days following any address change.

Removes previous non-substantive provisions related to the Zenovich-Moscone-Chacon Housing and Home Financing Act from the code section.
