Mandates the office post regional center contact information on its Internet website, including a direct link to each regional center's website, updated at least annually.

Adds attracting foreign and domestic investors to the key business development situations the director must address through team convening processes under the California Business Investment Services Program.

Requires the director to work cooperatively with marketing institutions and trade organizations in attracting, retaining, and helping both businesses and investments grow and succeed in California.
