Requires the State Department of Public Health to post a toll-free telephone number on its Internet Web site by January 1, 2017 for inquiries about the End of Life Option Act

The telephone number must be able to receive and respond to inquiries in multiple languages regarding the End of Life Option Act

The toll-free number may be an existing department telephone line or an existing consumer assistance line from another department

The telephone line must have a protocol for responding to callers in crisis
