Requires supervisors of Units 5, 6, 7, and 8 to receive salary and benefits changes with economic equivalency to their supervised employees, though specific benefits need not be identical.

Defines "salary" as base pay only, excluding overtime and other forms of compensation.

Mandates the specific benefits package be determined through a meet and confer process as defined in Government Code Section 3533.
