• Requires bar-accredited institutions to provide detailed disclosures to applicants including admissions data, tuition, fees, bar passage rates, employment outcomes, faculty information, and financial aid details.

• Mandates bar-accredited institutions comply with all California State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (CSAAVE) rules and remain in good standing with the Committee of Bar Examiners to maintain Title 38 eligibility.

• Allows CSAAVE to develop or use a standardized information report template for the required institutional disclosures.
