Authorizes individuals enrolled in the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards' Architectural Experience Program to use the title "architect-in-training"

Prohibits abbreviations or derivatives of the "architect-in-training" title and prevents use of the title to independently offer or provide services to the public

Allows the California Architects Board to disclose a person's authorization to use the title to members of the public upon request

Violation of these provisions may constitute unprofessional conduct and subject violators to administrative action, including citation, discipline, and license denial

The provision automatically repeals on January 1, 2020, unless extended by legislation enacted before that date
