Extends the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection's requirement to submit annual fire prevention fund reports to the Legislature and State Board until January 31, 2021 (previously set to expire January 31, 2017).

Requires reports to include detailed itemized accounting of expenditures for each program, subprogram, and element funded by fire prevention fees.

Mandates reports include past fiscal year actual expenditures, current fiscal year estimates, and budget year projections, along with equipment accounting and associated positions.

Requires reports to evaluate benefits to counties based on habitable structures in state responsibility areas, effectiveness of grant programs, defensible space inspections, and compliance measures.
