Establishes a 12-month deadline for medical service providers to submit itemized requests for payment to employers, effective January 1, 2017, with requests barred if not timely submitted.

Implements a 12-month deadline for submission of medical-legal evaluation and expense bills to employers, effective January 1, 2017, with bills barred unless timely submitted.

Modifies payment timelines for electronic billing to 15 working days after electronic receipt for itemized electronic billing at or below maximum medical fee schedule amounts.

Authorizes the Administrative Director to adopt standardized forms and rules for electronic claims submission while maintaining confidentiality of medical information.
