Requires the California Conservation Corps to collaborate with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Employment Development Department to assist veteran corpsmembers in obtaining employment after completing the corps program.

Specifies that the Department of Veterans Affairs shall provide access to veterans supportive services including healthcare, tuition assistance, and home loans as part of the collaboration.

Specifies that the Employment Development Department shall provide access to workforce services as part of the collaboration.

Addresses the higher unemployment rates among veterans aged 18-34 compared to civilian peers, noting California has 1.9 million veterans in its population.

Became effective September 22, 2016 upon approval by the Governor.
