CA SB1375

Requires all public schools, private schools receiving federal funds, school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools to post Title IX information prominently on their websites by July 1, 2017.

Website postings must include the name and contact information of the school's Title IX coordinator, pupil and public rights under Title IX with links to relevant federal resources, and instructions for filing complaints including statute of limitations information.

Mandates the State Superintendent of Public Instruction send annual electronic letters to all covered schools and districts by April 1, 2017 and yearly thereafter informing them of Title IX requirements and responsibilities.

Allows schools without internet websites to comply by posting required information on their school district or county office of education website instead.

Authorizes state reimbursement to local agencies and school districts for costs mandated by this act if the Commission on State Mandates determines such costs exist.
