CA SB1378

Reduces the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency board of directors from 7 members to 5 members by eliminating the 2 at-large director positions.

Retains 5 divisional directors, with one director elected from each of the five agency divisions by voters within that division.

Requires divisional directors to be electors within their respective division, removing the previous requirement for at-large directors.

Eliminates references to "director at large No. 1" and "director at large No. 2" positions and related at-large election procedures.

Applies the Uniform District Election Law to the agency for all successor board member elections following the initial appointment by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
