Authorizes a critical access hospital located in the City of Tehachapi to resubmit its seismic safety extension application to achieve SPC-2 (Structural Performance Category-2) status with a timetable acceptable to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.

Allows the hospital to resubmit the application without extending its original January 1, 2020 deadline to reach SPC-2 status.

Applies to the Alfred E. Alquist Hospital Facilities Seismic Safety Act of 1983, which establishes seismic safety building standards for hospitals constructed on and after March 7, 1973.

Requires a Hazards US assessment as part of the resubmitted seismic safety extension application process.
