Authorizes prisoners in the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to elect to make anatomical gifts through a form included in their central file.

Form must be presented to prisoners upon first admission to the state prison system and allows prisoners to designate organs/tissues for transplantation, research, or both.

Form must include an advisement stating that donation is completely voluntary with no repercussions for declining and no benefits for agreeing, and that prisoners may revoke their election at any time.

Prisoners may request to complete and sign the form at any time consistent with department policies and procedures.

Prisoners may revoke their anatomical gift election by delivering a written statement to facility officials, with the revoked document retained in the prisoner's central file.
