Amends Section 124910 of the Health and Safety Code regarding the Expanded Access to Primary Care program

Makes a technical, nonsubstantive change to provisions governing which primary care clinics are eligible for reimbursement

Maintains existing requirements that applicant clinics must provide medical diagnosis, treatment, support services, and disease prevention

Retains existing condition that clinics must be located in a federally designated health professional shortage area, medically underserved area, or serve patients with at least 50% income at or below 200% of federal poverty level

Preserves existing requirements that applicants demonstrate active Medi-Cal provider status and that services supplement rather than supplant existing county, state, or federal funded primary care services
