Requires employees and volunteers at day care centers and family day care homes to be immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles, effective September 1, 2016.

Mandates annual influenza vaccination between August 1 and December 1 each year for all day care facility staff and volunteers.

Permits exemptions from immunization requirements for medical safety reasons, evidence of current immunity, voluntary influenza vaccine declination, or if hired between December 1 and August 1 in the first year.

Requires day care facilities to maintain documentation of immunizations or exemptions in employee and volunteer personnel records.

Requires teachers hired at day care centers to provide evidence of current tuberculosis clearance and does not classify violations as crimes.
