Extends immunity to local public entities and public employees for damage to unmanned aircraft during emergency medical services, firefighting, or search and rescue operations when the aircraft was interfering with service provision.

Specifies that immunity applies to air ambulance services, air firefighting services, and air search and rescue services in addition to ground-based emergency services.

Clarifies that immunities granted are in addition to any other existing immunities under law and provides definitions for "unmanned aircraft" and "unmanned aircraft system."
