Prohibits persons subject to protective orders that restrict proximity to another person from operating unmanned aircraft systems in ways that cause the aircraft to fly within the prohibited distance of that person.

Prohibits persons subject to such protective orders from capturing images of the protected person using unmanned aircraft systems.

Classifies violations of these unmanned aircraft restrictions as violations of the underlying protective order, subjecting violators to existing penalties for protective order violations (up to $1,000 fine and one year in county jail for first offense).

Defines "unmanned aircraft" as aircraft operated without direct human intervention and "unmanned aircraft system" as the aircraft and associated control components required for safe operation in the national airspace system.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required for local enforcement costs because the bill creates a new crime within existing statutory definitions.
