Appropriates funds to increase rates paid to developmental services providers by 10 percent, including community care facilities, residential service providers, supported living providers, and nonresidential service providers, retroactive to July 1, 2015.

Appropriates funds to restore Medi-Cal provider payment rates to levels prior to reductions imposed under Sections 14105.07, 14105.191, 14105.192, and 14105.193.

Directs the Director of Finance to calculate necessary amounts in consultation with the State Department of Developmental Services and State Department of Health Care Services.

Increases regional center operating budgets and hourly rates for supported employment services to implement the 10 percent rate increase.

Declares the act an urgency statute effective immediately.
