Appropriates $521,541,114 from the General Fund for the 2014-15 fiscal year as an augmentation to the Budget Act of 2014, allocating funds to various state departments including health care services, developmental centers, and medical services.

Appropriates $96,000,000 from unallocated special funds for the 2014-15 fiscal year in augmentation of Item 9840-001-0494, with the Controller directed to allocate all funds to Item 8660-101-0471.

Any unencumbered balances remaining as of June 30, 2015 shall revert to their original funding source.

Takes effect immediately as a Budget Bill under the California Constitution.
