• Requires tailors, barbers, hair salons, dry cleaners, and laundries to display itemized price lists in at least 14-point boldface type and provide complete written lists upon customer request

• Mandates these establishments display a conspicuous 24-point boldface sign informing customers that California law prohibits gender-based price discrimination for services

• Imposes a civil penalty of $1,000 on businesses that fail to correct pricing disclosure violations within 30 days of written notice
