Amends Vehicle Code Section 22526 regarding the Anti-Gridlock Act of 1987, which prohibits drivers from entering intersections or marked crosswalks unless sufficient space exists on the other side to accommodate the vehicle without obstructing traffic flow.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive changes to the law, including replacing the word "which" with "that" in subsection (b) and revising language in subsection (f) to clarify violation classifications.

Maintains existing prohibitions against entering railroad or rail transit crossings without sufficient undercarriage clearance or space to accommodate the vehicle and any railway vehicles.

Preserves the classification of violations as either stopping violations (when cited by peace officers) or parking violations (when cited by authorized parking enforcement personnel).

Authorizes local authorities to post signs at intersections indicating the prohibitions outlined in the Anti-Gridlock Act of 1987.
