Adds dance and theatre to the list of authorized subjects for single subject teaching credentials issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Authorizes persons who held a physical education credential before dance credentials were established to teach dance without additional requirements.

Authorizes persons who held an English credential before theatre credentials were established to teach theatre without additional requirements.

Allows school districts to employ teachers holding credentials in other subjects with authorizations to teach dance or theatre to teach these subjects.
