Adds the 2015 forest fires in Lake County to the list of qualifying events for 100% state disaster relief funding under the California Disaster Assistance Act, raising it from the standard 75% state share.

Three fires affected Lake County in 2015: the Rocky, Jerusalem, and Valley complexes, burning 170,623 acres combined with the Valley Fire ranking as California's third worst on record.

The Valley Fire destroyed 1,955 structures and caused over $1.3 billion in damages to Lake County.

Declares the act an urgency statute to take effect immediately for timely relief to disaster victims.
