Recognizes that the U.S. has won the Women's World Cup three times (1991, 1999, and 2015), which is more world championship titles than any other country

Notes that six of the 23 players on the roster are from California, and that California has the highest number of players on the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of this resolution to the United States Soccer Federation and the bill's author for appropriate distribution
