Amends the Evidence Code and Government Code to protect the identity of peace officers who collect data under the Racial and Identity Profiling Act of 2015, specifying that officer names and identifying information are not subject to public disclosure under the California Public Records Act.

Clarifies that nothing in the Racial and Identity Profiling Act of 2015 permits public access to or disclosure of peace officer identifying information collected in connection with stop data reporting, citing privacy and safety concerns for officers and their families.

Makes technical, non-substantive changes to Evidence Code Sections 1043 and 1045 relating to peace officer personnel records and discovery procedures.

Includes legislative findings demonstrating the constitutional interests protected by limiting public access to peace officer identifying information under Article I, Section 3 of the California Constitution.

Specifies that no state reimbursement to local agencies is required for implementing these provisions as they fall within constitutional scope limitations.
