Requires the Legislative Analyst's Office to conduct a study on implementation of existing campus housing priority laws for current and former foster youth and homeless youth at California Community Colleges, California State University, and University of California.

Study must identify which campuses provide housing priority or no-cost housing during breaks, determine how many eligible youth received such housing by campus, and estimate savings for those students.

Study must calculate costs to campuses for providing no-cost housing to eligible youth and identify best practices used by campuses in implementing these housing programs.

Legislative Analyst's Office must report findings to the Legislature by January 1, 2020, pursuant to Government Code Section 9795.

This section automatically repeals on January 1, 2024, per Government Code Section 10231.5.
