Delete an obsolete provision that expired January 1, 2013, which required fair approval for minisatellite wagering sites in the northern zone located more than 20 miles away if the fair had operated a satellite wagering facility for the previous 5 years.

Renumber subsections in Section 19605.25 of the Business and Professions Code due to removal of the expired provision, changing former subsections (d) through (i) to subsections (c) through (h).

Make technical corrections including changing "California Horse Racing Board" to "board" and "condition" to "conditions" throughout the section.

Maintain all existing requirements for minisatellite wagering sites, including the 20-mile distance rule from racetracks and satellite facilities, board approval, and age restrictions for wagering areas.
