Extends the authorization for using carbon monoxide to control burrowing rodent pests, with the repeal date postponed from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2023

Requires carbon monoxide delivery devices to be permanently affixed with a warning label in plain view of the operator listing hazards and regulatory compliance requirements

Mandates compliance with the California Endangered Species Act (Chapter 1.5, Section 2050 et seq. of Division 3 of Fish and Game Code) and Sections 4002 and 4003 of the Fish and Game Code

Mandates compliance with Division 6 (commencing with Section 11401) and Division 7 (commencing with Section 12500) of applicable code
