Requires every local government agency with an Internet Web site to prominently post notice of upcoming elections where voters will decide on tax measures or bond issuances.

Notice must be posted within 10 days for websites manually updated at least weekly, or at the next manual update for less frequently updated sites; must appear on the homepage or have a clearly labeled direct link.

Notices must include the election date and a brief common language description of the tax measure or bond issuance.

Requires local government agencies that publish electronic newsletters to include the election notice in their newsletters.

Declares that violations of this requirement constitute violations of the Political Reform Act of 1974, punishable as a misdemeanor.
