Establishes the Sugar-Sweetened Beverages Safety Warning Act requiring sealed beverage containers, multipacks, and concentrates of sugar-sweetened beverages to display a state safety warning about links to obesity, type 2 diabetes, and tooth decay.

Requires vending machines, beverage dispensing machines, and point-of-purchase locations where sugar-sweetened beverages are sold in unsealed containers to display the same safety warning prominently and legibly.

Specifies warning text, size, placement, and formatting requirements based on container size, with warnings ranging from one millimeter (8 oz or less) to three millimeters (one liter or more) in type size.

Creates civil penalties of $50 to $500 for violations effective July 1, 2019, with penalties collected into the Sugar-Sweetened Beverages Safety Warning Fund for enforcement purposes.

Allows the State Department of Public Health to modify warning language based on scientific evidence and preserves local governments' ability to adopt more protective ordinances.
